3 consecutive days felt more like 3dacades, not being able to see my long-lost friends,
staying at home just to stone, rot, sleep, rot, stone.
tablets,syrup and water made up 70% of my pathetic diet.
falling sick really sucks! =(
but im really grateful to know that most of my friends really do care abt me when im sick, it really cheers me up! =D
just their DIAMOND smiles, even the serious expressions they wear when they're on they're work,that really brightened up my heavy headed day~ x.x i missed them sooooooooo much WORXZXZXXXZ
so anws,
had nationals today,
didnt wanna go cos i was sick..
and it wasnt just like... a minor flu or cough or sorethroat or just a slight on off fever..
ITS ALL OF THEM, and none of the symptoms are minor! =(
had throat infection, leading to cough, flu then fever!
my fever once went up to 39.6deg - -
however, bryan was the supposed reserve, he was suppose to take my place..
however, he too fell sick.. - - same symtoms as me!
there were only 2shooters left, abel and junhui, and you need 3 shooters to form a team..
after much much much much persuasion, madam teo eventually kinda.. 'forced me into shooting for the competition..' at that moment i kept complaining, to myself at least.. ~_~
i was like 'how can she be so heartless! im sick leh..' stupid..
but i didnt regret NOT shooting for this nationals..
it was my last competition ever!

abel hit a below par peformances,
569/600, 9.4 avg
junhui shot an outstanding 558!

oh yar ms chng also came down to cheer me on!
'just try your best!' coach teddy, coach olivia and ms chng, gladys all said the same thing.. lols
they all knew i was sick, so they didnt expect much,
but my aim was a 560, 9.4avg.. like how i did during trainings a week ago.. x.x
my 1st series was on track. 94.
my 2nd shot a few 8s here and there.. 88.
my 3rd, made up for the 88, a 91.
my 4th, due to stupid noisy children, ... i accidentally shot one on the grnd, 10point deduction, missed the whole card! 82! D:
after missing that shot i gave up hitting my 560 target..
it was already impossible~
i just wanted to shoot my last 20shots with n0 regrets..
it was my LAST 20SHOTS for my entire life! i was gona shoot for the rest of my entire life with an air rifle, in nationals..
so anws i shot a 94 and a 96 for my last 20shots.. thats... 10shots on the 9 and another 10shots on the 10!
and scored a 545 in total! whoo! , 9avg
not bad for a heavily illed old man!
