'hiii!... im Daeun! why didnt you come?'
my brain freezed, i dont know.. i start to wonder myself..
'busy... err.. homework..' lying felt harder than i thought it would be..
=l
the koreans were leaving singapore today..
i knew today would be the very LAST time i would meet them..
but i had already kinda 'moved on' after their last visit to the school..
roy and i got daeun and yunyoung their presents and i made daeun a card..
i nv planned to send them off in the first place,
i thought going all the way to changi just to see them off was time consuming,
i dont know why, but i suddenly had this thought that we wld just be 'calefehs' over there, they wld be talking and laughing to their buddies, and we wld be ignored..
many complicated stuffs that didnt point in that 'ishouldgototheairport' direction.. =l
i also felt i owed too much on my studies, have been slacking for the past 3weeks,
i really needed the huge motivation to keep me going!
i thought sending them off would be an extra CHORE to do,
in short, i was lazy..
that was why i didnt went..
Roy handed Daeun the phone..
'i will miss you~' daeun said, i didnt know how to react =l
i kept quiet, stupid me..
'byebye!'
'yunyoung yunyoung!' i overheard da eun's familier enthusiastic call~
she handed it to her..
'why didnt you come?' yunyoung repeated that painful question @_@
'do you.. do you know my email?'
'i'll ask from joyce.' i assured her..
'okok!'
'i will miss you.'
refusing to make the same silent mistake, i built up my courage, 'i will miss you too!' D:
'byebye'
regret washed over me, i asked myself.. 'why didnt i go'

it was 9.10
when i received another call..
it was roy again,
leekuang cld be heard in the backgrnd, swearing over my head again..
cldnt blame him..
cld hear sniffings too,
' why you cry? dont cry lurh' i managed to capture from the noisy backgrnd!
da eun and yunyoung were crying too~
'im da eun... bye..' she sounded very saddened x.x
'err.. bye....' it was heart wrenching..
then i realised,
i still regret not going for the lamest of reasons,
but yet, i am veryvery THANKFUL that i didnt go because i wldnt want to see their flowing tears,
i wldnt want to remember that last impression,
i wanted to keep those bright beautiful smiles in my head from the last time i saw them, rather than the sobby faces i wld see in the airport.. (:
even though you two cant hear me now,
i AM very greatful that you guys came~ :D
by sacrificing that sending off time, i thought i'll get the motivation i need to continue working hard too,
i'll try to keep my motivation as high as possible for now~
