hmm..
my legs are numb.. but it was a super fun day! =D
well.. more like exercising day..
i thnk i lost at least 2kilograms from the endless sweating..(romoving toxins are good for ur health!) 0.o
0.o.. after abt 4hrs of insane training..(shooting..).. we(darren, hongwei, lj, shermaine and me) all went to east coast!
we were suppose to have fun, at the same time, celebrate hongwei's birthday..
even though there were not many ppl going, but we still went!
..unlike the previous spastic cheating-feelings fake outing..o_o
before i start abt how we enjoyed east coast, i want to talk abt how insane training was today..
the sky was pitch-black! GOD was BOWLING, kocking gigantic pins with the sun.. and his wife was busy drying her hair with a humongous HAIR DRYER...
then.. for some reason, their son cried... (maybe his pet lightning ran away..nvm..)
heavy and countless droplets of rain came splattering down onto roofstops, etcetc..
it was raining elephants and whales!
tt was when our hopes of skating, cycling, eastcoasting was DASHED.. x_X
hmm.. we tried to continue focusing on our shooting.. but.. failed..(well.. i failed.. x_X..)
since the weather was so "cool".. he decided to OFF THE FANS...
"raining ar.. so windy.." he said outloud.. dripping with sarcasm..
i thnk the national competition thingy must have gotten into his head..
hmm..
anwS.. it was a real sweat fest.. ppl were becoming sweaty little pigs.. i just kept telling myself tt "sweating is gooood.." =/
hmmpf.. in the end i shot 4 times, 160 shots.. which is... ALOT!? =(
but finally a ray of hope came from the sky.. the rain finally ended after a slight little drizzle.. the sun was back in business! (god must have felt tired after plaeing too many game of bowling..) 0.o zz...
anyways.. we kept thorough out the whole training thing.. we(lj, shermaine and me) all kept out skates out of sight from teddie..(coach)
he wld have killed us if he knew we had gone skating.. "do not injure urself during this period!.." he wld always say.. with a stern voice..
