hmm.. ever wondered why i was absent today? shooting competition! whee... zz.. how was life without me? empty? nothing special? something missing? or the same as usual?..
anyways.. wei ying, renee and me waited for mr chiong.. we thought we were gona seat his car... but he called a taxi for some reason..
i was mentally prepared.. "i can do this.. i can do well.. i sacrificed my studies for this competition.. i have to do well.."
this line of words kept going through my head...over and over again..
renee got an sms from bryan.. said tt i HAVE to shoot well or else the team wont have a chance.. (chance for what? i dont noe..)
we reached yishun safra.. entered the brightly lit range.. we got our rifles and huge suitcases full of suits..
our detail was starting... we suited up and put our rifles, pellets, gloves.. etc on our lanes..
all the while.. tt stupid line of words kept ringing in my brain..
preparation time ended.. i started with sightes..shot some 10 shots.. hmm.. somthing wasnt right.. coach said tt the rifle had a lack of pressure.. kept shooting downwards..
during the shots i kept twitching the rifle... hmm.. lots of 10s.. lucky bullseyes.. but even more 7s.. was getting frustrated.. wanted to kill myself..
but somehow.. i manage twitch it right.. and got 92 and 89 for the last 20 shots... i knew tt i was too late..
eventually i got a 508... a massive deprovement... from a 527... and avg of 8.4
this was retarded..
i was so ashamed.. but coach said tt my time management was very good... but still needs to work on my shooting..
i wasnt entirely my fault... its more like 70 to 30..!! (rifle mad..= 30% responsibility) its just wasnt my day... had no luck... low form...
